Job Summary:

The Deal Desk Analyst plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and velocity of Komprise deals from quote to close. Reporting to the Director of Sales Optimization, this role serves as a central point of support for the sales team—structuring and processing deals, reviewing quotes and orders for accuracy, maintaining clean deal data in our CRM, and ensuring opportunities move smoothly through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to solve problems and keep deals moving.



Key Responsibilities

Deal Desk & Sales Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales reps on deal structuring, pricing, quoting, and approval questions.
  • Own the deal desk workflow end to end—building and reviewing quotes, processing orders, validating deal registrations, and supporting contract execution.

CRM & Deal Data Management:

  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene of opportunity and deal data in Salesforce through record updates, deduplication, and routine audits.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to support pipeline and deal visibility.

Process & Policy Administration:

  • Document and help enforce sales processes and rules of engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Order Management to ensure smooth quote-to-cash execution.


Required Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce and strong Excel skills are required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required

Desirable Skills

  • Attention to Detail and Organization: Exceptional accuracy when handling deals, data, and operational requests.
  • Communication: Essential for working effectively with sales reps and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, service-oriented mindset to address issues and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Claude (or other AI tools), and Outreach.
  • Exposure to SaaS sales metrics and pipeline reporting
